“We have had the privilege of working closely with Ryan Hurlburt at
CULTURELink through their consulting services and curriculum-based training. These combined offerings have been transformational for our church. They have helped us: define a biblical and strategic philosophy for cross-cultural missions; implement practical processes for vetting, funding, and supporting global partners; and equip short-term teams with deep discipleship and intercultural tools. We highly recommend CULTURELink to any church seeking to serve globally with wisdom, spiritual depth, and measurable outcomes.”

“We truly value the time and resources CULTURELink has given to build up the body of Christ in the Middle East. Larry’s spiritual life teaching at the Lebanon Saturate Retreat for 100 cross-cultural church planters was a huge blessing. Following this event, many one-on-one counseling, mentoring, and coaching relationships with the young and not-so-young laborers started and continue. We value the one-on-one mentoring they give virtually and in person as our family deals with the effects of war, has relocated to a new country, and navigates the challenges of marriage and parenting teens in a cross-cultural environment. Thank you, CULTURELink supporters, for sending the Ragans to serve the globe.”

Short-Term Missions Training
“I highly recommend CULTURELink and their training curriculum for short-term mission teams. Their resources are rooted in sound biblical teaching and are designed to equip participants to make disciples who, in turn, make disciples of all nations. The CULTURELink training process fosters both spiritual growth and practical skills, ensuring teams are prepared to share Christ’s love effectively and multiply disciple-makers wherever they serve. I am confident that those who use this training will be empowered to make a lasting impact for the Kingdom.”

“After bombings hit our city and our family was forced to evacuate to another country, CULTURELink’s crisis debriefing was foundational for our recovery process from war trauma. The Ragans met with us over multiple days in person in our new location. Their kind, wise, loving, and compassionate care for us.was just what we needed to begin the recovery process! We’re so grateful for their gift of time made possible by CULTURELink’s partners during this intense season.”

Pre-Field Training & Post-Trip Debriefing
“CULTURELink has been a great resource to equip and train groups that come to Costa Rica through Atlas Travel and Study Abroad. Team members come prepared to serve rather than to be served. They understand the importance of being flexible and teachable. CULTURELink also provides important information for those returning from a trip to go back to “normal” life and how to process what they’ve learned from another country and culture.”

Organizational Support
“We’ve had the privilege of working with Ryan Hurlburt as a part of the Atlanta Missions Collective, who has added so much value to local churches through resources and trainings on how to integrate short-term missions into their long-term discipleship strategies and processes. We also asked CULTURELink to provide member care during our 25th Anniversary celebration in Asia. Larry Ragan’s teachings were a blessing to our staff and missionaries. He and his wife, Karen, were a gift to all of the workers with whom they shared meals, listened to, prayed, comforted, and challenged. We are grateful for the wonderful kingdom work CULTURELink is doing among the nations.”

Training Seminars and Curriculum
“CULTURELink has been extremely helpful to us over the years. Their training equips our mission team leaders to make disciples and serve with integrity. Their missions coaching has made us better stewards of resources while also deepening relationships with partners. Larry and Ryan are responsive to our requests which shows they really care. I can’t recommend CULTURELink highly enough.”

Cross-Cultural Training & Discipleship
“CULTURELink continues to be a great encouragement in preparing me for ministry as much as for eternity. Over a year ago, I first went through CULTURELink’s discipleship process while preparing for a short-term trip. This training eventually led me into full-time cross-cultural missions. Thank you for this training and all the wisdom shared that added to my preparation and deeper focus on Jesus.”

Best Practices of Financial Accountability
Financial transparency is critical for effective ministry. CULTURELink outsources all financial bookkeeping to two non-profit accounting specialists to maintain the highest level of accountability. 3 Tree Booking Keeping oversees every CULTURELink transaction and balances the books monthly. Mersereau, Lazenby, & Rockas, LLC CPAs prepare and submit the government’s required annual 990s, keeping CULTURELink compliant to 501(c)3 tax-exempt standards.
