A Mid-Size Church
Strategy, policy, and embedded leadership
- Year 1
The church’s missions pastor attended one of our seminars, then asked for tools to map the church’s global work. - Year 2
He felt he was doing too much alone. We helped him launch a global outreach team and draft the church’s first global outreach policy. - Year 3
When the missions pastor moved on, the executive pastor asked us to go deeper. We served alongside church staff two days a week, building processes to vet, fund, and support global partners, and training short-term teams. - Years 4 & 5
The church hired a new missions pastor and kept us on to help him build the missions program in a healthy way. - Today

A Small Ministry in West Africa
Cultural insight, leader care, and board training
