OUR APPROACH TO WORKER CARE

CULTURELink serves the practical, emotional, and spiritual needs of Christian workers around the globe. Our staff is equipped and certified in Marriage and Family Counseling, Spiritual Life Coaching, Cross-Cultural Counseling, and Trauma Care.

Furthering our mission to make disciples of those who make disciples of all nations, our desire is to empower global servants as we encourage those who encourage, care for those who care, and heal those who heal the nations.

While we serve individuals and teams worldwide, much of our time is spent working in the toughest regions where Christians are persecuted most severely––arrested, jailed, or even martyred for their faith.

CULTURELink promotes a much-needed balance between a ministry’s success and its workers’ ability to handle stress. Their teaching on suffering and intimacy with Christ has shown us how to address our compassion fatigue while helping others with their pain. We are grateful for our wonderful partnership with CULTURELink, their professional care, and their genuine interest in our staff."

CULTURELink is equipped to provide counseling and coaching for the various challenges of life with individuals, couples, or teams. Topics include everything from marriage, parenting, cross-cultural stress, strategic ministry planning, to PTSD from abuse or war. We are available for in-person or virtual counseling and coaching.

CULTURELink partners with other organizations to assist in meeting their care needs. Many agencies are limited in human, time, and financial resources, and outsourcing to CULTURELink is a win-win solution. Additionally, many organizations and workers appreciate having a neutral party involved in the care process.

Special Events & Spiritual Retreats

CULTURELink can provide teaching, administration, and/or logistics for worker care events or retreats. We are committed to creating environments where global workers rest, refuel, and are restored. Topics may include: Parenting and Marriage, The Blessings in Pain, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Walking in Grace, Breaking the Sin of Comparison, True Discipleship, Intentional Living, and The Exchanged Life.
