Consulting & Coaching

CULTURELink designs solutions for your church, nonprofit, or missions organizations to help:

  • Establish new partnerships and strengthen existing ones
  • Provide worker care for those serving on the field
  • Train partner churches or organizations in worker care
  • Define healthy expectations and accountability for partners
  • Clarify and align values, goals, and vision of each party

We have had the privilege of working closely with Ryan Hurlburt at CULTURELink through their consulting services and curriculum-based training. These combined offerings have been transformational for our church. They have helped us: define a biblical and strategic
philosophy for cross-cultural missions; implement practical processes for vetting, funding, and supporting global partners; and equip short‑term teams with deep discipleship and intercultural tools. We highly recommend CULTURELink to any church seeking to serve globally
with wisdom, spiritual depth, and measurable outcomes.

Mars Hill Community ChurchPowder Springs, GA

We asked CULTURELink to provide member care during our 25th Anniversary celebration in Asia. Larry Ragan’s teachings were a blessing to our staff and missionaries. He and his wife, Karen, were a gift to all of the workers with whom they shared meals, listened to, prayed, comforted, and challenged. We’ve also had the privilege of working with Ryan Hurlburt as a part of the Atlanta Missions Collective, who has added so much value to local churches through resources and trainings on how to integrate short-term missions into their long-term discipleship strategies and processes. We are grateful for the wonderful kingdom work CULTURELink is doing among the nations.

We would love to set up a meeting to hear more about your organization, your current challenges, and your goals. We are ready to help your church or organization strengthen its cross-cultural ministry, and more effectively make disciples of those who make disciples of all nations.

VISION FORMATION

Through the process of Vision Formation, we will discover how God is already working in your organization, conduct an internal audit of existing involvement, evaluate resources (human and financial), and learn about the unique desires and interests that shape your organization. CULTURELink guides you to discover, develop, and refine God’s unique vision for your organization.

STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION

After we discover God’s unique vision for your organization, CULTURELink comes alongside you to equip you to:

  • Identify and train a Global Leadership Team to support the long-term health and growth of your cross-cultural ministry
  • Determine an effective and sustainable funding model
  • Implement best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Establish a vetting process for identifying healthy partnerships and the right projects that fit God’s vision for your organization
  • Develop strategies to communicate your work and vision
  • Create systems to mobilize the human and financial resources entrusted to you

PEOPLE MOBILIZATION

Mobilization is organizing people to take action for a particular purpose and in pursuit of a common objective. Unless people are moved to go, give, and pray, a global strategy is ineffective. CULTURELink works with you to:

  • Equip your people for cross-cultural ministry
  • Train your people on fundraising, leadership development, cultural sensitivity, team selection, team development, debriefing, and re-entry issues
  • Educate your people to give, pray, and care for global workers
