Through the process of Vision Formation, we will discover how God is already working in your organization, conduct an internal audit of existing involvement, evaluate resources (human and financial), and learn about the unique desires and interests that shape your organization. CULTURELink guides you to discover, develop, and refine God’s unique vision for your organization.

STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION

After we discover God’s unique vision for your organization, CULTURELink comes alongside you to equip you to:

  • Identify and train a Global Leadership Team to support the long-term health and growth of your cross-cultural ministry
  • Determine an effective and sustainable funding model

PEOPLE MOBILIZATION

Mobilization is organizing people to take action for a particular purpose and in pursuit of a common objective. Unless people are moved to go, give, and pray, a global strategy is ineffective. CULTURELink works with you to:
